Tasting Notes:

This cocktail shows a yellow gold color. Coming from the lemon and bourbon with the dashes of bitters. As you take your first sip you get the fizziness of the ginger beer and a little punch. After the first sip the bourbon and lemon flavors really come through and it is a really refreshing combination. The maple hides in the cocktail and you taste it via the sweetness as you sip your way through the cocktail.

Conclusion:

This is a cocktail that you can really enjoy sitting on the patio in the hot summer sun. Being a bourbon drink they can be heavy but, this one is nice lite and refreshing.
